Cabot Inn & Suites

We were extremely happy with the Cabot Inn in lancaster nh. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very large 2 queen beds. They also accepted our dog which was very nice. There is no microwave in the room, they have a mini refrigerator. A microwave was available on the main floor. Breakfast was included. We had eggs sausage and waffles. It’s well-maintained and surrounded by a relaxing deck area, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The hot tub, however, was the real star of the show. After a day of sightseeing, soaking in the warm, bubbling water felt like pure bliss. It’s the perfect way to relax, and the area was always clean and well-kept, adding to the overall enjoyment. Have stayed at Cabot Inn & Suites a few times. My most recent stay topped them all, it was a Monday overnight and the hotel was quiet so took advantage and really checked it out. Was impressed by the swimming pool, game room/lounge and the fitness center, all were substantial and should fit anyone’s needs- game room had several 80’s style video games, a hoop game, pool table and air hockey and the fitness center was huge! Any type of equipment you may need. In the morning we had the breakfast area all to ourselves but was a bit disappointed that the sausage and eggs server was empty. When we turned around Harry from the front desk was asking if we’d like eggs and sausage, I’ll make some for you he said and he did, along with freshly brewed coffee- such a kind and helpful gentleman! Thank you Harry! There was also bagels and toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries and make your own waffles. Don’t know if you’d get such attentive service when it’s busy but we sure felt special from check in to check out. The room itself was also very clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the mountains and gazebo- looks like the beautiful lupine field was torn up for some reason but most likely not the fault of the hotel. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Have stayed here many times. Very nice people. Clean room. Good breakfast. Will return again very soon.Always happy to be there. One of the best places to stay.

After reading reviews I was little concerned about my booking at Cabot, but once I got there that went away. Pros: The hotel is very nice and has an amazing view of the mountains. The room was pretty well maintained The breakfast was very good and had a lot of options. If anything was running low or out the staff was quick to replenish it. The pool is very big and clean and the hot tub was a nice treat. The arcade was a nice break. It has a some good options including a pool table. The fitness area is way above standard for a hotel. This was on par with commercial gyms. I wish i had more time while I was there, I would have loved to get in a full session in there. Cons: The bed is very stiff and uncomfortable. My wife and son were fine with it, but my back was aching. I ended up sleeping on the couch. They have low-flow shower heads which makes the showers take longer and are very unsatisfying There is no safety rail to get in and out of the pool at the stairs. Myself and another guest both slipped getting in. This is something they should look into fixing ASAP. That last step into the pool is rounded off and very slippery. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again. The town of Lancaster is very small and nice. There was a great brewery up the road that had good food and good beers. It is also only about 8 mins from Santa's Village.

i took sweetikins and mama there for the holiday. for it being the first time there for all of us, we had an exceptional experience. mike was super nice and super accommodating. we'll be back soon!!

Ten of us stayed overnight after spending a long and cold, but very fun day at Santa's Village. We have stayed at several places in the area over the years but we enjoyed this one the most! Our kiddos loved the pool and arcade! The breakfast was great, so many options to choose from. Staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again! The only complaint is that the heater wasn't easily controlled, making it very warm and dry.

I was pleasantly surprised about the quality! For the price, it was a great deal. The 6 of us were here for Reach the Beach and needed a place to crash close to the start, and this fit the bill. The beds were comfy, room was large, and the free breakfast was tasty.
